What is CPK detection?
CPK refers to the process capability index, it is a measure of how consistent and accurate a pick-and-place machine is in its production, If the CPK is high, it means the machine is really good at placing components exactly where they need to be. But if the CPK is low, it might mean the machine is not so good at it, and there could be more mistakes in the assembly process. It tells us how stable the machine's quality is during manufacturing. Here is the relationship:
CPK < 1: Poor
1 ≤ CPK < 1.33: normal
CPK ≥ 1.33: excellent
